The fee for attendance at the Congress will be £260, which will include the costs of three day-excursions during the Congress. The fee does not include the costs of the pre- and post-Congress excursions, which will be announced in August 2008.
A deposit of £100 is payable by 31st December 2008, which will reserve a place at the Congress and on the pre- and/or post-Congress excursions as required. Please note that offers of papers will not be regarded as definite unless deposits are received by the due date.
Note that the Pilgrimage deposit is payable by 30th September 2008. Those intending to come to the Congress as well will be reserved a place at the latter event until 31st December 2008, by which date the Congress deposit is payable.
The remainder of the Congress fee and the costs of the excursions must be paid by 30th April 2009.
