Standing buildings are also part of the archaeological resource. Our
staff have experience of archaeological buildings recording of a wide
range of historic structures, from medieval town-houses to Cold War bunkers
and industrial complexes. We can carry out photographic and metrical recording
of standing buildings. We have particular expertise in combining documentary
and graphical research with the results of fieldwork to create a fuller
picture of the development and form of individual buildings or groups
of structures within the context of their setting and historical development.
