The XXIst International Limes (Roman Frontiers) Congress 2009 at Newcastle upon Tyne

Description:

The Congress, hosted by Tyne and Wear Museums, took place at Newcastle University from Monday, August 17th to Sunday, 23rd August, 2009.

The Limes Congress is the main international forum for exchanging ideas and information on the development of Roman frontiers. The next Congress will be held in Bulgaria in 2012.
