Did you know that the library has new books for young children that link to the museum’s exciting collections?

Our librarian, Nicky, will be waiting to welcome you to join Kathryn and the Great North Mouse in the museum library on Thursday 26 July at 10.30am.

The new children’s book collection is funded by a grant from the Business Partners’ Family Challenge Fund.

The museum library can be found on the second floor of the Museum and is open to the public Monday - Friday 10am -4pm.  The library is accessible by pushchair via the lift at the rear of the Museum.
