What's On

The Hancock Museum's collections have been rehoused in temporary storage to allow building work to begin. Some of the museums collections can be seen at other Tyne & Wear Museum venues such as:

Land of the Pharaohs

Segedunum Roman Fort, Baths & Museum
An exhibition of popular Egyptian objects from the Hancock Museum, chronicling everyday life in Ancient Egypt including farming, personal adornment, religion and beliefs.
