Come On In - Museum open days for disabled and Deaf children and adults



Laing Art Gallery

Monday 5 March 2012

10am – 5pm



We will be hosting a Come On In event on Monday 5 March, aimed specifically at disabled and Deaf children and adults.



Exhibitions on show will include Northern City Renaissance, which centres around a stunning painting of Newcastle, commissioned by Sting.

    * BSL interpreters for Deaf visitors

    * Sighted guide assistance for blind and partially sighted visitors

    * General support for disabled visitors with specific requirements

    * Free transport for disabled people who do not have access to a car and find using public transport difficult

    * Free guided tours for individuals and groups
