"I’m one of the three active captains of the brigade"

I’m one of the three active captains of the brigade. We organise the men call outs, we organise the training, we organise anything that needs to be doing, to be done on behalf of the brigade. All the training done, has done over the past 16 years, I’ve done, I’ve been involved in. I’ve grown into this role, first being an active member, then being a section leader and then being a captain.
