Community spirit in Cullercoats
"Well, I think it’s still there to a certain extent among the older or mature people"
Well, I think it’s still there to a certain extent among the older or mature people. Young people do their own thing which is natural- they have access to other things that we as older people in the village didn’t have, but there is a spirit of sorts. But I must say, I think it’s among the more mature, or older people. Other than that, you know, they’ve got this nice centre here and there’s not a lot happens now unfortunately.
