The crew
"The crew. It as to be the crew"
The crew. It as to be the crew, you know, the best equipment in the world but if there’s nobody to operate it, or if the people are ill-trained, it’s just a recipe for disaster. It has to be the crew, a well trained crew.
We must have over 22 crew members, four helmsmen and it’s probably better now than it has been for a long time. And I would put a lot of the enthusiasm down to Robert Oliver’s personality- he’s our lead helmsman. He knows how to motivate and get the lads going.
