Sounds. There’s a photograph, the one I showed you this morning of Arthur Giles and Ted Johnson, standing at the side of the lake. Now, the caption under there was, ‘away from the sound’, or it should have been, ‘away from the sound of the screaming turbo blowers,’ because they were horrendous, you know. People didn’t bother, I mean, it was noisy, the engine works was noisy, I mean, hundreds, hundreds of machines. But the turbo blowers were shrill, scream. And for years people put up with this, they never bothered about putting earmuffs on….
