Personal safety
"We've got to go through a lot of health and safety regulations"
We've got to go through a lot of health and safety regulations. Captains are quite open so most of the time they’re there all the time, and really, risk assessing things, all the time, make sure everything’s safe, things are tied off properly, knots are done properly, public’s kept clear out the way so no injuries going to happen to them.
With being next to the water, you’ve got chances of…only really going to wading depth like we’re supposed to, so if you don’t swim then, like me, you can easily be washed away, but days off, cliff rope splitting, things like that, the winch when you come back up a cliff, getting, obviously getting lost on a search as well.
