What does the sea mean to you?
"I think itís quite a Geordie way of life "
I think itís quite a Geordie way of life really isnít it. The Fish Quay and stuff like that. I mean, I probably had a few relatives in the past who have been fishermen and stuff like that. Everybodyís always been around the water- Iíve lived next to the water all my life, really, even though Iíve never actually swam. But I think if I lived anywhere I have to be near the sea- just somewhere nice and fresh to go to and nice sea view.
