Difficulty in making a gansey
"You can’t really get any speed up when you’re making the gansey"
You can’t really get any speed up when you’re making the gansey because you, you have to balance it on your knee, so it’s just sitting on your knee most of the time where with regular knitting, you can, obviously, you stick one needle down the arm and then you whizz away but with these being on circular needles, you know, no, you can’t get much speed. So it does take a little bit longer. And it’s very straining on the eyes as well.
