Finishing the gansey with lettering
"What you had to do is, to get your lettering, you had to make sure that the gansey was made"
What you had to do is, to get your lettering, you had to make sure that the gansey was made and the gansey was finished and then it had to be worn, so Alex who was, Alex Hastie who was in charge then, when he saw that it was all finished he would then take your gansey and say, “right, okay, now we’ll give you the lettering.” So he would then make the lettering and then you had to get it positioned in the middle of the gansey and then get it stitched on. And then once it was all stitched on, then they could then wear it with pride.
