I swim in the North Sea as many Sundays as I possibly can, with the dive club. I’m learning off Stan. Stan teaches you a lot. Sometimes it’s not what you want to here, but he teaches you. It’s down at St Mary’s Lighthouse in Whitley Bay, every Sunday morning rain, hail, snow or blow, he’s always there.
