"Yes I am an instructor, but we climbed the ladders a long time ago"

Yes I am an instructor, but we climbed the ladders a long time ago and ended up what becoming what’s called a course director, so a course director is an instructor’s instructor, and I was very fortunate for five, 10 years to travel the world teaching people to become instructors, and that was a great, that was a great period. But things move on, things move on.
