Subject to stock availability, orders will normally be dispatched within 10 working days.

Refunds

We're committed to selling high-quality products but we also know that there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries

We're sorry but some items like earrings can't be exchanged or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they're faulty.

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered, you can email orders@twmuseums.org.uk or contact 0191 2772165 within seven working days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. Then we will refund the postage cost to you. You must take reasonable care of the item(s). For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights which remain unaffected.
