Payment is required in advance for any research and the charge is £30.00 per hour, including VAT.
What if we don't find anything? Although every effort will be made to find some information for you, records may not always survive for particular topics. As we will still have spent time looking for information, the charge will be implemented even when no information is found. Online payments are collected through the website shop.
