Hidden Newcastle

The day in 1954 when three escaped brown bears caused havoc in Newcastle City centre and the 19th century unwrapping of an Egyptian mummy in the Lit and Phil on Westgate Road are two of the events captured in a new mobile app, all about Newcastle and its forgotten history.
