Local Victorian Life workshop gets a boost! Exploring aspects of local history in Victorian times through one of the Shipley’s most popular paintings, the Blaydon Races, is hugely complimented by our current exhibition of influential artist Ralph Hedley’s paintings of everyday life in the North East in the late 1800s.
