  Discover more about Victorian children at work, school and play. Your class will meet a Victorian lady in travelling dress and try on Victorian costumes. Using original objects and eye-witness accounts they will explore conditions for children working in domestic service and coal mines. They can experience the Victorian schoolroom using slates, pencils, dip pens and ink. Your class will also play with replica toys to find out how Victorian children had fun!
