An exciting new watercolour course will be starting at the Shipley Art Gallery on Monday 10 October.
If you enjoy painting in watercolour, this practical arts course will help you to develop your skills and explore the techniques and methods used by artists of the past. This sixteen week course brings to life watercolours from the Shipley Art Gallery’s collection with expert tuition from Jason Skill. Jason is an artist-tutor, who has for many years investigated the approaches of artists from the past, enabling students to paint like the old masters and broaden their understanding of the medium of watercolour.
Classes will run from 10am - 12.30pm every Monday for 16 weeks. The total cost for the course is £160 (concessions are available).
