Come On In - Museum open days for disabled and Deaf children and adults

We will be hosting a Come On In event on Friday 2 March, aimed specifically at disabled and Deaf children and adults.
On show at the Museum will be our latest exhibition, Art for Sunderland, which explores how the artworks in the Museum's collection came to be here. Visitors can also take in the Winter Gardens, which is home to exotic trees and plants from around the world.

* BSL interpreters for Deaf visitors
* Sighted guide assistance for blind and partially sighted visitors
* General support for disabled visitors with specific requirements
* Free transport for disabled people who do not have access to a car and find using public transport difficult
* Free guided tours for individuals and groups
