The Late Shows 2024 - volunteer applications now open

We are looking for culture enthusiasts and friendly faces this May for the 16th edition of The Late Shows, the North East's epic after-hours culture crawl,  facilitated by Tyne & Wear Archives & Museum.

Join our awesome team of volunteer stewards on Friday 17 and Saturday 18 May, and be part of the magic that brings over 40 cultural venues to life with exhibitions, music, performances, and unique experiences into the evening. 

What you’ll be doing: 

• Greeting visitors as they embark on their cultural adventure
• Handing out programs and maps 
• Answering questions and providing directions to venues and bus stops 
• Helping create unforgettable memories

This is your chance to: 

• Be at the heart of a vibrant cultural event 
• Meet new people and share your passion for the culture
• Gain valuable experience and communication skills
